Situated below Blue Mountain on the Georgian Bay, the historic town of Collingwood is a great spot for a coffee and a stroll. They have several unique cafés, shops and heritage buildings along the main drag on Hurontario Street. We stopped in at Café Chartreuse for breakfast, where we enjoyed lattés and homemade pastries. Overall, this quaint little town is worth a stop any time of year.
